Wer kennt diese Namen? Diese Familien sollen um 1800 nach Hauland, Nekla, Posen, ehemals Preussen ausgewandert sein.

Hauland gibt es drei:
Im Kreis Krotoszyn, Kirchspiel Kozmin
Im Kreis Obornik, Kirchspiel Obornik
Im Kreis Schrimm, Kirchspiel Krosno
Das Hauland Nekla mit 4 Windmühlen, Kreis Schroda, gehörte zum Kirchspiel Deutsch-Nekla. Die Mormonen haben von den Kirchenbüchern Filme: ~ 1682-1890, oo 1727-1900, # 1722-1900.

Hallo! Ich bin Mat Menzel und ich komme aus Australien (verzeihen Sie bitte meinem Mistdeutschen!). Meine große, große, große Großmutter war Juliane Semmler. Sie wurde auf April 24., 1842 in Nekla Hauland getragen. Ihr Vater war Johann Semmler, das 1814 getragen wurde. Sie kamen nach Australien auf dem Schiff Heloise und flohen fromme Verfolgung.

I saw your post to Rootsweb - Minnesota Cousins (http://resources.rootsweb.com/~guestbook…685&action=view) while I was looking around for Semmlers from Nekla Hauland myself. I've done a lot of looking about and found, amongst other stuff, that Nekla Hauland is now Nekielka in Poland. http://www.nekla.pl/ is a website for the town Nekla, which is about 2 miles away. http://www.nekla.pl/informator/historia_oled_gr.html gives an excellent history of Nekla and Nekielka, its protestant people (apparently called Olender) and has a very old map of Nekla Hauland.
